A Better Tripp’s Service Excellence Recognized by Angie’s List and BBB

In recognition of their impeccable customer service and integrity in the workplace, A Better Tripp Moving and Storage Co., Inc., was awarded two highly regarded honors in the industry.

Jun 23, 2009 – Houston, TX - Of the many moving companies out there, only a few can be one of the best in the business. Recently, A Better Tripp Moving and Storage Co., Inc., was honored to receive two prestigious awards, both testaments to their reputation for incomparable customer service: The Better Business Bureau’s “Winner of Distinction” Award for Excellence, and the Angie’s List Super Service Award.

BBB “Winner of Distinction” Award

On May 6th, 2009, the Houston chapter of the Better Business Bureau honored BBB- accredited companies at their annual Awards for Excellence luncheon. The luncheon, now in its 17th year, is reserved only for those businesses that display a superior commitment to ethics, overall excellence, and quality in the workplace.

For the third year in a row, A Better Tripp took home the “Winner of Distinction” award, one of the highest awards presented by the BBB. Previously, in 2002, 2003, and 2006, A Better Tripp received the BBB’s Gold Star Award, an honor given to businesses with exceptional customer service records.

Angie’s List Super Service Award

In 2008, another consumer and industry review organization also recognized A Better Tripp’s commitment to customer service: Angie’s List. Angie’s List is a directory of businesses and companies known for high-quality service, from plumbers and dentists to dermatologists and, of course, moving services. Angie’s List is run by consumers who nominate and review their favorite local businesses.

In order to qualify for the Angie’s List Super Service Award, companies must receive a certain number of positive customer reviews and no negative reviews during the course of a year. Fewer than five percent of the companies listed in the Angie’s List directory meet the eligibility requirements for the Super Service Award, and, for the second year in a row, A Better Tripp has met these qualifications.
