Good Move

He said the guys worked hard and fast as I had asked that they try to keep it at 3 hours. Another Perfect Move!
We have used A Better Tripp three times now and each move was perfect. A Better Tripp moved me from Houston to New York City without any problems and everything arrived in perfect condition. The movers that picked up and delivered my stuff were extremely nice and very careful with everything. I was only moving enough stuff for a studio apartment but A Better Tripp treated me the same as a customer with rare and exotic furniture. I did not feel like a second class customer unlike some of the other moving companies out there. Everyone in the office was very nice and extremely easy to deal with. There were no gimmicks or any attempts to mislead me even though I was only moving a small amount of stuff. Three years later we needed to move from New York City to the D.C. area but first we needed to ship furniture from Houston to New York. The first company we called was A Better Tripp. A Better Tripp picked up our furniture in storage in Houston and delivered it three days later again in perfect condition. For the move from New York to northern Virginia, Renee worked with us and was amazing. At first it appeared to our disappointment that A Better Tripp would not be able to move us because they were not going to be in New York when we needed to move. As a result, we had arranged for other movers. But, Renee called just days before our scheduled move and I immediately canceled with the other company so that A Better Tripp could move us. The movers showed up right on time, Justin and Tim were extremely nice, thorough and extremely careful with our stuff. Everything again arrived in perfect condition. At delivery, the guys took their time to make sure that everything was where we wanted it and that everything had arrived in perfect condition. At no time did we have any concern about anything happening to items which was comforting during a stressful move. We cannot say enough great things about A Better Tripp or everyone that we have met or dealt with there. A Better Tripp will be the first movers that we will call the next time that we move. This is long overdue, but I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated the professionalism exhibited by you and the gentlemen who moved my household items. The painters were still at the new location when we arrived. We were delighted with our move from Houston to Corpus Christi. Your price was competetive, David and crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job of wrapping and loading our belongings, many of which are fragile, valuable and irreplaceable. They worked hard all day and were friendly and professional. Our stuff arrived on schedule the following day and the unloading went just as smoothly. They even helped us move furniture around. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with smiles on our faces. I have moved many times in the last thirty years and this is the first time that there was no damage whatsoever. The drivers/movers, Tim Felder and Justin Summers, were great! They were always available for delivery or pick up of instruments or equipment any time of day or night, exactly what we needed on this tour. David, My wife and I have moved 24 times in our 51 years of marriage, several of those using a van line company. Never has a move gone more smoothly than with A Better Tripp. Nothing was scratched or broken, there were no scratches or dents in the walls or doors of our new home, and the actual cost was less than the estimate. That's a FIRST. Doug and Jose were outstanding. They worked 10 hours loading our furniture without stopping and then drove almost 15 hours to get to Houston. The furniture was wrapped with exceptional care. I have already recommended A Better Tripp to the folks at Lennar (Village Builders) in Fairfield and several other places. We had to move three weeks earlier than expected so we had to scramble to get a mover. A Better Tripp stepped in and within a matter of hours a truck was made available. Normally the one moving has to wait for several days to get the furniture, you'll were waiting for us to get from Atlanta, Ga. to Houston, Tx. That's also a FIRST for us. | David, As much as I hate to move this was the best set of movers that I have used. I appreciate the care and effort taken by the movers to wrap my furniture, not just some of it, but all of it. All of the movers were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The only issue that I had was that no one was exactly clear how to process my $25 off coupon. I was advised to contact accounting and they could process it, but I have not had the opportunity to do so. That little savings could have really helped :-) last Tuesday.
