Manual and Jose are outstanding representatives of your company as well as being very good at their job. They were careful and cautious as they prepared the furniture for shipment and them moved the pieces to their vehicle. In all of my experience of moving from station to station during my military service I have never observed a crew as competent as Manual and Jose. I was impressed.

As crew leader Manual kept me informed at every step in the process as he worked through the wrapping of the items and then explaining the paperwork he had prepared for the shipment. I had no questions at the end of his explanation.

Because of this excellent service provided by your company I would have no reluctance to provide a favorable recommendation to anyone you might ask to contact me as a very satisfied customer.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and A Better Tripp Moving & Storage Co for the move that you did for us on December 23, 2004. Dr. Craig Armstrong (our dentist) referred us to your company. I don't know if you remember my telling you that we were trying to make the move while my partner was in the hospital taking chemotherapy. I wanted to make her Christmas Eve homecoming as easy as possible. I wanted everything in its place so that when she returned she would feel as if it were home for her already. Your crew and company made her homecoming far exceed what either of us had expected.

On the morning of our move your moving crew arrived as scheduled. We were on a tight budget so my sister and I tried to assist the crew as much as possible. We had everything ready to go when the crew arrived. I felt as if we all worked well together. The crew you sent over (Jose Cruz, Carlos and Lupe) felt as if we were making the move with our own brothers. The move went very smoothly and was completed in record time. I think the movers wanted to finish the move just as quickly as we did. We had a great time working together and had many laughs. I commend you for hiring such pleasant employees. We had fun together but throughout it all the crew did their jobs efficiently and timely. Nothing was damaged during the move. How many of your customers can honestly say that they received a hug after the move was completed?

We have hired 2 moving companies in the past and neither of them would I consider referring to friends. You can rest assured that we will refer your company to anyone that is considering hiring professional movers. We are not only grateful to you and your company but also to Dr. Armstrong for referring us.

Colleen I know we spoke as we were scheduling our move and I told you about Fran and her cancer. I just wanted to let you know that we found out just 6 days ago that she is completely free of the cancer in her brain. We still have a very long road ahead of us and she will never be completely free from this so the prayers are still greatly needed.

Thank you and your company for the kindness that you extended to us during our move. You and the elves you sent over to help us will not be forgotten.

They were a quality pair. They were prompt, very courteous, helpful and certainly hard-working. They handled our goods with "kid gloves" and were very careful in carrying the items to the truck. Just a note to tell you how pleased we where with the job done by David and his crew on August 21, 2004. As you know, we moved from a one story home to a three-story patio home. David and his crew where very careful in both moves and were very attentive to details, especially the ones we were concerned about - going up the 90 degree turns in the patio home. This letter is to inform you that your member of staff such as Melvin Parker, Jack Summers and the delivery drivers that wrapped and stored, as well as unwrapped and delivered my items to my new resident has demonstrated excellent customer service and it was greatly appreciated. It was truly a blessing for me to be able to have received my items back in excellent condition because my items were stored in your storage from December 2002 thru March 2006. Your company provides an excellent service as well as definitely your employees having excellent people skills. I can’t begin to express to you how much your employees’ excellent customer service meant to me, so now this is where you step in, Mr. David Tripp. Will you please acknowledge your staff members named above how much their excellent people skills and service was appreciated by me being one of your previous customers? Also, to the honest, at first I felt that your company moving prices were rather high, but not the monthly storage fee and just the moving fee. First of all, your company was dealt with a rather cheap person so therefore prior to me attempting to get my items out of storage, I looked into purchasing a moving truck and experience unsuccessful twice in renting a good condition truck. So I called your company back and spoke to Mr. Jack Summers and I stated to him that I apologize that I am not able to get my items out of storage on that particular day. So I told Mr. Jack Summers that I will just go ahead and use their service for your company to deliver my items. One of the statements that stood out in Mr. Jack Summers conversation with me is was him saying just take it easy and we will take care of it for you. Now on that particular day I had a lot to do and it would have made things much easier on me if I would of just took it easy and allow your service to finish what you all had successfully started. In other words, it appeared to me that your company could make a killing in with the type of service and people skills that you offer. Definitely, your company should advertise stating just take it easy and let us do the moving for you. To me that is a powerful statement and without a doubt a definite match for the service that you provide and demonstrate. Truly, I pray in the near future that your company expands.
