Jose and Roselle picked up a player piano last Thursday evening, to be delivered to our granddaughter in Houston. They were courteous, friendly, accomodating, and respectful of us and our property, it was a pleasure to have them in our home. It was fascinating to watch them work together; a combination of brain and brawn and know-how!

This is Jonathan, Jennifer's husband. The guys were great, got to know their names even though I've forgotten them, and they even offered to stay and help do anything else we needed them to do. I was very impressed with how they packed the truck and handled our things. Moving an apartment and a storage unit in under 4 hours was very impressive.

Things have been crazy since we moved but I just wanted to let you know that your guys did an awesome job of moving us from Wortham to Gleannloch Farms. They worked hard and took good care of our things.

I would highly recommend "A Better Tripp" to our family and friends.

Enclosed you will find a check to be given as a tip for two of your hard-working employees. I am very embarrassed that I forgot to tip the two gentlemen. They worked very hard in very hot weather and for an extended time to ensure we completed our move.

We are very pleased with these two gentleman\'s work ethic and care they took in handling our belongings. They also dealt quite well with our \"nerves\" with the move.
