He has become the preferred mover in Houston by many large van lines that can't accommodate small intra- or interstate moves. He has a stellar business reputation.

Billy Williams
The Vice President of Sales and Marketing at A Better Tripp is Billy Williams. Billy has been working in the moving industry for ten years, since his retirement from teaching. He has had experiences with the operational and marketing aspects of both small and large moving companies. This broad knowledge of the industry enables him to offer our clients the best-suited solutions for their moving options. His system wide “hands on” problem solving skills have afforded him the ability to deal with all aspects of your move.

Jack Summers
Our Operations Department is headed by Jack Summers, who brings 30 years of moving knowledge and experience to our daily operations. Jack coordinates all shipments, dispatches our movers, and manages our warehouse and trucks.

Valli Sudduth
Our Office and Claims Department is headed by Valli Sudduth. Valli's work experience brings invaluable assets in the management of our office, bookkeeping and customer relations. She received her Certified Claims Analyst Certification from the American Moving & Storage Association, Inc. and will guide you to a satisfying claims experience should you need it.

Melvin Parker
Melvin Parker has been with A Better Tripp since its inception. He has ground up experiences in the moving industry including labor supervision, packing, estimating, consulting and sales. Melvin has spent a lifetime caring for the individual needs of clients across the continental United States. His expertise in special handling areas (piano moving, antiques, design furnishings) is recognized throughout the moving and storage community and his problem solving abilities will help take all guesswork out of your move.

Colleen Pye
Colleen Pye married into the moving industry. While a customer herself, she met her soon to be husband (a professional mover). This launched her into a new career trajectory in the moving industry. Having owned her own moving company, she understands the importance of knowing the exact circumstances of a move, and recognizes how important customer communication is in the move process. She wants to take the stress out of moving. She has been part of the A Better Tripp family for six years, recently joining the office two years ago. She is always just a cell phone call away.

John Hance
New to the A Better Tripp sales force is Mr. John Hance of Tomball, Texas. John will be the company's major representative to Houston's North and Northwest side. His proven accuracy in estimations coupled with his overall experience in customer service afford his clients with the most informative help to be offered in the moving and storage industry.

A twenty five year Houston area resident (the past 15 on the Northwest side), John is married to his wife Becky and has two beautiful daughters, both attending The University of Texas in Austin.

John's prior experience include ten years in food and beverage management, as well as serving the community for the past ten years in the golfing industry.

Renee Long
Newest Member to A Better Tripp Moving & Storage sales team, Renee joins us with years of experience helping clients accomplish their goals of settling in their new home. Whether financing a home, organizing a home or moving your home, her genuineness will help get the task accomplished in a professional , timely manner. Having moved cross-country 4 times, she has first-hand experience in all that happens when moving. She will arrange quality movers for household items, antiques, pool table disassembles and reassembles, local moves, piano moves, playset moves and any crating that may be necessary.

Renee enjoys networking and meeting new people for both professional and social benefits. She is a member of The Greater Houston Women's Chamber, The Greater Southwest Houston Chamber, InHouston Networking Group and the Houston Women's Council of Realtors. She is enjoying our Houston area and all the fascinating people she comes in contact with on a daily basis.

Sarah Reardon
Our Customer Service Manager is Sarah Reardon. Sarah comes to us with experience of listening to clients and helping them find solutions. She assists the Sales Department, contacting our clients to respond to their inquiries on the specifics of their move and notifying them of any changes or adjustments, making sure that the needs of the client are met. She is available via email or phone and here to help our clients have a stress-free moving experience.

Sarah confirms each move with our client so that our movers are aware of such matters as, how many flights of stairs a move might have, how many stops they may have to make, how the client will pay for the move and other pertinent information that completes the file. She enjoys working with clients all over the country; however, is a lifelong resident of Houston.

Jason Alford
Jason joined the A Better Tripp sales force in 2005. He has demonstrated his unique customer service abilities and ‘client caring’ attitude on a daily basis while handling his position during the peak periods. Jason’s attention to detail was honed through ten years of experience in the shipping industry with UPS and FED-EX. He has a keen knack for problem solving and working to place the customer needs first. Married, with two children, Jason is a life long resident of the Houston area.
