I would just like to say what a pleasant experience it was for us to have you move us from New York to New Orleans!!

I have moved many times in my lifetime and this was by far the farthest I have moved and by far the smoothest!!! You should be very proud of yourselves!!! I am amazed at how prompt, reliable and professional everyone has been from the salesman to the laborers!

I cannot tell how good my experience with your company was. They arrived in Lexington, Kentucky, when they said they would and loaded everything up. Then they arrived here at the agreed upon time and nothing was lost or broken. They were perfect.

Tim Felder was the driver and Justin (I cannot remember his last name) was the assistant. They were great.

Dear Mr. Tripp:

Last Saturday, my daughter was driving on I-35 from Texas to Oklahoma City when she hit some water and hydroplaned crashing into a guardrail. Fortunately, she was not injured but was, of course, shaken up. Mike Summers was driving behind her and not only stopped to render assistance, but stayed with my daughter, age 21, until additional help arrived.

My name is Michael Mizma, director of the San Jacinto College Steel Band. I write this email on behalf of myself and Paul Busselberg, choir director, to highly praise the professionalism, care to detail, punctuality, congeniality and excellent service provided by your company for our trip to Virginia Beach.

In the organization process Tex Jolley was very helpful and made the planning phase very simple. Thanks to Tex for his help on this project.

The drivers/movers, Tim Felder and Justin Summers, were great! They were always available for delivery or pick up of instruments or equipment any time of day or night, exactly what we needed on this tour.

Three things stand out:

1)Tim and Justin represent your company with class and distinction.
2)Tim and Justin packed the truck with great care - All of our instruments and equipment made it to Virginia and back without blemish. Considering the delicate nature of our intruments and the sheer amount of instruments and equipment, this was no small task.
3)Tim and Justin are just great people.

We were delighted with our move from Houston to Corpus Christi. Your price was competetive, David and crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job of wrapping and loading our belongings, many of which are fragile, valuable and irreplaceable. They worked hard all day and were friendly and professional. Our stuff arrived on schedule the following day and the unloading went just as smoothly. They even helped us move furniture around. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with smiles on our faces. I have moved many times in the last thirty years and this is the first time that there was no damage whatsoever. The last time you moved me, one item was damaged and David fixed it as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend A Better Tripp for any move. Our move was the longest and easiest move of them all. We drove through the pouring rain all the way to Atlanta and your guys arrived on time and did not complain one time. I am very impressed with the speed of the transaction, and the care that Roselle and his partner took moving my player piano from KY to AR. We had a bad experience with a local mover and were unsure how to proceed.Over the phone Renee reassured me and gave me their website. I have to tell you it was such a relief to get my piano on time and in perfect condition.

My wife and I have moved 24 times in our 51 years of marriage, several of those using a van line company. Never has a move gone more smoothly than with A Better Tripp. Nothing was scratched or broken, there were no scratches or dents in the walls or doors of our new home, and the actual cost was less than the estimate. That's a FIRST. Doug and Jose were outstanding. They worked 10 hours loading our furniture without stopping and then drove almost 15 hours to get to Houston. The furniture was wrapped with exceptional care. I have already recommended A Better Tripp to the folks at Lennar (Village Builders) in Fairfield and several other places. We had to move three weeks earlier than expected so we had to scramble to get a mover. A Better Tripp stepped in and within a matter of hours a truck was made available. Normally the one moving has to wait for several days to get the furniture, you'll were waiting for us to get from Atlanta, Ga. to Houston, Tx. That's also a FIRST for us.
