Hi John,

Just wanted to drop a line to let you know how pleased Jim & I were with the move. Manuel, Raymond and Alli(not sure of his name) were very punctual, considerate and efficient both packing up to move and unloading the next day in Ft.Worth. Everything arrived safely and the only thing lost, broken or misplaced was 1 little brass shelf support in my curio cabinet.You can be sure that we will recommend A Better Trip whenever we get the opportunity.

I'd like to emphasize that I remain very pleased with my moving experience, from my first contact with you and right through to when David and his crew left. Both the efficiency and the quality of work (including customer service) were exemplary to an extent that was not matched by any of the large national companies we've previously used. Nothing was at all damaged, which is a first in our previous 23 moves, and the walls of the house are also in great shape. We also were impressed that you were able to accomidate the repeated delays in the house closing, and still move our household in such a professional way - what with so many other stresses related to those delays, your felxibility was a huge relief.
