I've used A Better Tripp twice now with intentions to use them again for my next move. Renee is always so helpful with my planning, and the movers are always so quick, cautious, and polite. Look forward to using them again!

I recently used A Better Tripp to move my things out of my apartment, store it for a while, and then move my things into my new house. From the great customer service (quick responses over the phone and email) to both sets of crews, everyone was courteous and professional. My things were carefully documented both times, everything was well packed, and moved in quickly. The crews were at my places when they said they would be. I couldn't ask for a better moving experience.

I was very pleased with my recent move from the Medical Center area to Beauont. The gentlemen arrived within their specified timeframe, wrapped all my larger and/or delicate items with care, and expediciously drove to my new place. They didn't waste time on the packing, driving, or unpacking, as some moving companies might to try and run up the clock. In all, my cost was MUCH, MUCH lower than a competitor who quoted another flat-fee rate for that 1.5 hour drive. Very satisfied and thanks again!

We used A BetterTripp for a small local move in 2007. From start to finish we were pleased. When it came time to solicit bids for our move from Houston to San Antonio in August, we met with Alan at A Better Tripp. Alan was thorough, professional and responsive. The packers and movers were very careful with our belongings and the homes in both locations. When the boxes were unpacked and we were settled in our new location, we were extremely pleased with everyone we worked with at A Better Tripp.

What a fantastic experience! Jorge, Renol and Jorge were terrific as was my moving consultant, Allen. The movers were on time, professional, quick yet very careful with my things as well as very courteous. They moved my 2 bedroom apartment in less than 2 hours! I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend A Better Tripp.

We were very pleased with A Better Tripp. We moved from Houston to Colorado Springs and really appreciated how smoothly this move was for us thanks to the people at A Better Tripp. All items arrived secure and nothing was broken! Be aware though that not all of the guys who load your house will unload. Our driver was the only one who came with our things and he hired some very experienced professionals when he arrived in Colorado Springs. We highly recommend this company!

This was my second move by A Better Tripp within 4 months. Ask for Nick in Sales. His estimations are exact, very professional, the best in customer service. The movers were very professional, sweet, courteous, aimed to please. Will be moving again soon, this time across country and plan to use A Better Tripp again for 3rd time this year. Ask for Nick.

Moved my mom from Dallas to Houston. Competitive price. Professional and knowledgeable employees in office and with moving truck. Pickup in Dallas went smoothly with all items loaded in a few hours. Professionally wrapped and handled furniture and large flat-screen TV. Delivery in Houston the next day also went smoothly, again all items unloaded and furniture setup in a few hours. I definitely recommend them.

Easy to set up. No issues. Follow up calls. Four guys packed my place and moved it in a few hours. Professionally behaved and dressed. Cannot recommend highly enough. I have moved many times and it was the best moving experience I have ever had.
