From the first conversation with Nick until Rosal drove off with the empty truck, this was a fantastic experience! The time and attention to details, ensuring that my daughter's move from Rockport back to Houston was well planned, well coordinated and well executed was greatly appreciated! All goods were handled with care, with extra effort taken to make sure the furniture was well wrapped for the journey, and everything made it 100% perfect condition!!! They guys were so prompt and responsive, couldn't ask for anyone better! Everyone made the move worry free and we could not have done it without you (especially since the move included going from a 1st floor to a 3rd floor apartment, no way could we have done it without the help!) Thanks again for a great move, you'll definitely get a call back from us the next time a move is in our plans!

Called on Monday for quotation to ship an upright piano to Washington, DC. Piano was picked up on Wednesday and was delivered n Saturday the same week to accommodate my daughter's work schedule. Driver and his helper were very polite, courteous and careful. The service was above my expectation and am very grateful for this service blessing from my Lord.

This is our second time using A Better Tripp and we were just as pleased this time as before. Jose and his team (Alexi, Johnny - I think) were outstanding. We had a great deal of furniture and boxes and they worked quickly, carefully and tirelessly. They were well prepared as we had to make one stop at our apartment to unload and another stop to a storage unit. They took the necessary apartment items up THREE flights of stairs without complaint, quickly and carefully. At the storage room they were efficient in unloading and making most use of the space. We were so pleased with the team's professionalism, attention to detail and courtesy. AND, not a single thing was broken or scratched. We have one more move to make and you bet we'll be using A Better Tripp.

We had a last minute office move. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional from Allen who quoted us for the move, the warehouse manager arranging the local delivery, Jose and his team that packed up the office and the drivers that made the delivery to the East Coast. We had the shipment going to 2 different locations and all boxes were delivered correctly. I would highly recommend using A Better Tripp to anyone looking to move an office.

I want to commend Jose and his team for an excellent job in delivering a Model B Steinway from Houston to Austin, Texas. Jose notified us prior to his arrival in Houston as well as in Austin. Delivery was timely and executed beautifully. His attention to detail was profound. Jose went above and beyond what was asked of him to make sure our piano was taken care of. The piano was wrapped tightly to ensure there would be no damage. He made sure our floors were protected during the transfer of the piano to and from the vehicle. He was patient and we never felt rushed throughout this process.

Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with us during the move. We live in a very hilly and tortuous place in Austin. The slightest amount of precipitation can make traveling these roads very dangerous. We have seen dozens of wrecks on these roads with large 18-wheelers due to these less than ideal conditions. After the move, I went to run errands and found Jose’s truck stuck. Having seen this so many times, I felt horrible especially after he did such an outstanding job delivering the piano. After speaking with the police officer, we agreed than no matter how good of a driver you are, this situation could not have been avoided. Maneuvering such a large vehicle on these roads is possible but other drivers are not aware that a truck this size needs a lot of room to turn. I watched helplessly as RUTHLESS drivers kept passing Jose and he never had a chance to make the turn because cars were driving so recklessly and fast past him. When he finally realized he was stuck and his tires had no traction because of the slick roads, he got out of his car and showed great concern for the remaining items in the truck. This showed his selflessness and how much he cared about getting these people their stuff in the condition he got it in.

We are very satisfied with our delivery and we feel terrible that Jose had to endure all this. We are forever grateful for a job well done. Thank you to A Better Tripp! Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

A piano was moved from my house in Houston to my daughter in NYC. Despite the terrible winter they are having the piano arrived in NY exactly on the day it was promised!

Fantastic service. Prompt, professional, white glove treatment. I will definitely use again. So glad they were recommended to us.

Great as usual. I ask that you arrive at eight and you arrive fifteen minuites before eight.

I've moved three times in three years and this company was by far the worst. They were a day late. The driver told me he had broken down and the dispatcher said the weather had held them up. When they arrived the next day the driver said that if we did not meet them immediately they would leave with our stuff. Two pieces of furniture were badly damaged and a well packed vase was shattered. They didn't tell me about the additional packing fees and fuel cost. They have showed no interest in any reimbursement. As a consumer you have few rights when dealing with any mover. Don't argue or you won't see your stuff for weeks. But in my experience this company was worse than others.
