Dear Bill,

I hope that this note finds you well. I am sorry for being late with my letter of recommendation. Since arriving to Florida, life has been grand but hectic - my grandmother is doing well; finished my home search and bought a house last week; found a great man who is now my fiancé; and have been working on my job search.

Please review my recommendation about you, your company, and fantastic crew!

I couldn’t think of a better name for this company than “A Better Tripp”. Bill O’Neil was referred to me by a trusted individual with whom I worked with in the past. My move from Texas to Florida in April of 2012 was amazing! Bill was in constant contact with me during the sale of my home, flexible with my moving schedule, and took the time to make house site visits during my packing and truck loading days. The moving crew led by Jose Ruiz was on time, careful, courteous, and efficient. They packed a 3,000 square foot home with heavy furniture, numerous pictures/mirrors, and many breakables with great attention to detail. I was grateful that they took the time to lay padded covering over my white rugs and they wrapped every piece before it left the house. Jose loaded my storage unit in Florida with great expertise; my truck load barely fit (storage space is really pricey in Florida). I recommended A Better Tripp not only to my Houston realtor, but also to my friends and colleagues. Thank you for a job well done - delivered with unmatched service and pricing!!!

Thank you for the seamless move of our things from Texas to Florida. First, your organization of the trip was very well done. Also, I appreciate your quick responses when I had a question.

In La porte, the entire crew was careful packing our things into the truck. Then when it all arrived in Florida, I quickly noticed that Skinny had taken some extra time at the warehouse to re-organize a few things before the long haul to Florida.

As I had shared on the phone, a few neighbors had "warned" me that a big rig can not get back to our street. I had a feeling that It was not going to be a problem for Mike...and it wasn't even though I think a couple of turns took a little finagling.

The unpacking of the truck was done as carefully and thoughtfully as the packing. Extra special care was given to a few items that Mike and Skinny knew were important to us.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience using A Better Tripp. Please forward this email to everyone involved including your owner, Mr. Tripp. I do not have access to sites such as Angie's List, but feel free to publish my comments if you like.

As much as I hate to move this was the best set of movers that I have used. I appreciate the care and effort taken by the movers to wrap my furniture, not just some of it, but all of it. All of the movers were very friendly, helpful and courteous.

The only issue that I had was that no one was exactly clear how to process my $25 off coupon. I was advised to contact accounting and they could process it, but I have not had the opportunity to do so. That little savings could have really helped 🙂 last Tuesday.

Other than that everything went very well.

"A Better Tripp did a great job with my move! Scheduling the move with Allen Beaulieu was so easy and he was very helpful. They were available when I needed them and even made an extra stop to get all of my stuff. Tim and his assistant helped with my actual move and were nice and professional. They were very careful with all of my items including wrapping my TV and boxing it up to make sure it wouldn't get damaged during the move. They took extra care to protect my hardwood floors while moving furniture.

I would recommend Better Tripp to anyone. I learned about them through a referral from a friend. Awesome group and I appreciate all of their hard work to make my move less stressful!"

Please let Mr. Tripp know that Rene is awesome and makes things happen. She is pleasant and resourceful. She has helped me twice in the past month. You definitely need to keep her on your team!!

Good Move

Our family has used your company for several moves and I have referred you to friends. My son’s move on September 24th went very well. He said the guys worked hard and fast as I had asked that they try to keep it at 3 hours. They weren’t able to do that , but my son said they did an outstanding job and tried to complete it as quickly as possible.

Your staff, from beginning to end, was superb! Would have anticipated that service but wanted to let you know.

In addition to the move, they took some furniture to Rosenberg to be temporarily held at a client's warehouse AND I received a call from the client today complimenting them on all aspects of secondary delivery.

You're obviously doing it right.

I have to be honest, the thought of moving makes me nauseous, especially a long distance move with a bunch of “stuff”. In fact we had an entire semi load plus an additional truck full of furniture, clothes, appliances, etc. Your crew did a phenomenal job through the entire process. We had one blip on the loading and packing side, a broken Green Egg, a dented and scratched refrigerator and a stained chair on the unload side. Pretty impressive for loading and packing, unloading and storing, reloading and 900 miles later unloading in 100+ degree heat, especially considering the broken ceramic egg was a complete accident. Mike, Raymond, Terry and Angel were awesome on the unload side. As for the damaged goods, you didn’t even bat an eye to take care of them. I would certainly recommend A Better Tripp. Please convey my gratitude to the crew.
