If I give a company a score of a perfect 10, that is what I would rate Dave Tripp\'s company! I had a very quick, stressful, interstate move and these guys came to the rescue were the ultimate pros!

This company came out in person to give an estimate (vs. a lot of other companies that just would \"estimate\" over the phone. The estimator - Bill O\'Neil was great to work with. Very skilled and no big \"sales pitch\" and \"sell-up\" on anything. Just worked to meet our needs and was very helpful in demystifying the process of the move.

The crew - Mike and Raymond were the best I have ever seen (and I have been around for a lot of moves!) They were punctual, very skilled at this moving business - they KNEW how to move a household. Totally honest, ethical , communicative and polite folks. They actually cared about my belongings and it showed. I did not have one item damaged or broken. They were AWESOME!

I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and absolutely use them again. I hate moving but because of Dave Tripp\'s attention to detail and his staff, I might just change my mind!

Allen was excellent as a move consultant and worked his schedule to accommodate ours. Even better, the four man crew - Lupe, Edgar, Jose, Rafael - outworked Allen's estimate. They were careful with and respectful of our belongings and home (new and old); everything was moved without a single issue - nothing broken, dented or even scratched. They exceeded expectations and helped our move come in under budget. I would highly recommend A Better Tripp and particularly Allen and Lupe, Edgar, Jose and Rafael as a four-man crew. Top notch. I'd recommend them to family and friends.

This is an additional letter of commendation for your company personnel in general, and Jason and Jack specifically, for the efficient and exceptionally good care they provided for my shipment to California.

Just wanted to let you know that my wife and I are very happy with your service. Your people were professional, polite and very accommodating as we had two additional stops to load up all of our belongings.

Thank you. I hope your received my email shortly after my move date. I gave Jose (the mover) a small sleeper sofa when he was here. I have the legs for it (he forgot to bring them). The next time he is in St Louis, please tell him to give me a call (ahead of time) and I’ll put them out for him to pick up. I will recommend your service to anyone I know making a state to state move.

We used A Better Tripp for a residential move in May 2013. Allen came to our house the give us an estimate and his estimate proved to be accurate. Because of the closing appointment on the house we bought, the move required loading on one day and unloading on another day. Moving is never fun, but my crew went out of their way to make the move a success. The crew was friendly, professional and worked without complaint. I never heard them arguing with each other...each man seemed to know what he was responsible for and did it. Without their sense of team work, it would have been impossible to complete the job in a timely manner. I hope to never, ever move again...but if I have to, I would call A Better Tripp again. I would also recommend the company to anyone else considering hiring a professional mover. My team members were Danell, Oscar, James, David & Guadalupe. I think their work was excellent. I think they all deserve credit for the success of our move.

Renee...I am about a week overdue in sending the sincere thanks of the whole family to A Better Tripp! The move from Royal Oaks to The Woodlands was truly the BEST move ever, and we have moved across many parts of the USA with a variety of movers. The team you sent us was, just that, a real team that was professional and worked well together. The fact that we had basically the same team for three days, from packing, to loading, then unloading, is genius. They took care of everything, packed so carefully, and then knew how to put it all back together, and where it all went. You do realize, that's amazing for movers.

Darrel was a dream, an excellent leader, and a motivator. His guys almost never took even a breather in the heat, and in climbing up stairs at our new home. We did try to keep them all somewhat fed and hydrated, but I was sure they would die from the heat and workload. And, they all had personality, good cheer and wonderful humor over all three days. Seriously, David, Megan and I hated to see them go...

Thanks to you for assessing our needs, and matching us with a great group. We will never use another moving company!

My mother's move from Naples, FL to Houston, TX went very well. There was one glitch, but the furniture repair people fixed it. I saw the chair today at Mother's, and it looked good. We loved your "long haulers." They did an excellent job and were so friendly. We appreciate all your office staff. Renee was always so helpful.

I cannot say enough about your company: everyone from the packers, the two men that moved me, you and your boss. The men that moved me literally worked day and night at at both ends after probably driving most of the night to get to Tulsa in extremely cold weather. I was so upset that I even cried on the driver's shoulder. Don't remember his name, but I know he was from another country and talked about how close he was to his mom. You don't often meet employees that dedicated to their job. I hope he and his helper get a raise.

Absolutely nothing was damaged or broken. Thank you for the price that was more than fair.
