To be honest I am shocked at how smoothly, professionally, and efficiently our move was. And not only the move but the time and attention I got from TRIPP in the weeks leading up to the move in prep (we were coming from Dallas and they moved us sight unseen).
I simply cannot overstate the personalized attention from Allan, William, and Jose - plus the steady talents of the entire moving team.
Do not look farther than this company. It may cost just a little more - and not much - but the peace of mind is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!

I've moved plenty in the past few years, and have come to dread the experience for myriad reasons, but A Better Tripp lived up to its reputation in my recent move from Houston to New Orleans that involved lots of stairs and lots of packing. Professional, polite, on time, skilled and careful packers, experienced movers, they are also the fastest team I've ever worked with. They were the only company I've ever worked with that sent four people to load and unload. That automatically makes them at least 25 percent more efficient. On top of that, they work hard and fast and pay attention to detail. Nothing was broken. No short cuts were taken.

The Better Tripp moving crew were extremely professional and puntual. Despite the fact that there was a location issue with my POD they navigated the situation with ease and came prepared to accommodate the change. It was also raining the day of my move and they took great care to ensure my items stayed dry and undamanged. I would highly recommend their services and plan to use them again for future moves.

I've made a lot of moves in my 72 years on this earth. Never, have I had a better experience. Your men were so careful with all my precious possessions. Even the one box I had marked to move with me in my car because of the extremely "valuable to me" contents, I allowed them to carry and place in their truck.

Everything they moved had to go into storage temporarily, while I wait for my "staged home" to sell. They were so careful in the way they placed each box and piece of furniture so that if I need to retrieve something while my things are in storage, I can quickly and easily find the box I need.

Both of the men were extremely polite, and did everything I asked of them. They were great.

You can be sure that when my house sells, I will be calling you to move the rest of my belongings, and then after I'm moved into my new residence, then, I'll call you to get my things out of storage and move them to my new home.

I'm so happy I found you before making this "3 tier" moving experience.

We had a great move experience. The team worked very quickly but did not sacrifice quality and care. They wrapped everything very securely and were very careful when bringing items into and out of our homes. We had some tight corners but not a single nick anywhere. Great job!

We wanted to take this opportunity to "praise" your team of movers you sent us for our move on September 13, 2013.

We had a team of four men, Jose Ruiz, Mike (Skinny), Johnny and Tim. Each one of these men were very professional and personable! We had the pleasure of spending almost 9 hours with them. From start to finish, they were FANTASTIC!! Never once did they speak negatively about how much work there was to do. They handled ALL of our items with much care, wrapping everything perfectly! They made sure we knew where all the "extra parts" might be to a particular item so we were not frantically searching for it later. We never had to listen to any inappropriate conversation or foul language. It was truly a delightful experience. Moving can be a stressful time, but your crew certainly knows how to make the wrapping, loading and unloading "stress free". We would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone we know moving! It is important that A Better Tripp management knows that these men represent their company as if they owned it themselves!

On another note...YOU and I have been acquainted with each other for almost ten years now (all because of moving experiences 🙂 I believe you have moved me approximately 6 times. Since the first move, you have ALWAYS be very polite and easy to work with. You have been very reasonable and competitive in your pricing. You have always been able to accommodate my scheduling needs. I have referred others to you and they too have had GREAT experiences with you handling their moves. I actually had the privilege of meeting you face to face this time when you came out for a quote. My husband and I want to personally thank you for all your coordinating and sending out of these crews. We know you play a major role in this process and appreciate your demeanor and expertise as well!

Thank you to all of you for making this last move a smooth process. We look forward to seeing Jose, Skinney, Tim and Johnny again in December when we move into our new home 🙂

Everything about this move was handled with professionalism. From the initial contact, to scheduling, packing and the actual move..it was all 100% professional. They showed up on time and had their act together. They took great care with our furniture and made sure that our floors and door ways were protected and not damaged. They even went out of their way and helped disassemble our fridge so it could fit through the door of our new house. Way above and beyond! I highly recommend A Better Tripp!!

After all the horror stories I'd heard, I did not imagine myself singing the praises of a moving company. A Better Trip more than exceeded my expectations. On time, hard workers, professional,polite, friendly. All pieces were blanketed and/or shrink-wrapped. The guys absolutely hustled the entire time - no slackers on this crew! Unpacking went just as well, maybe better! Set up furniture in rooms, took away all trash, etc. I was amazed and told the crew chief how awesome his guys were. If you or anyone you know needs to move, this IS the company to use.

A Better Trip did my last 3 moves. They are professional, on-time, and polite. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs an efficient and competent move.
